Shipping and Returns

Please note, delivery times on product listings are a guide only and while Urban Toolshed endeavours to meet the targeted delivery times for both in-stock and pre-ordered items, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery.

Once your order has been processed and collected by our courier you will receive a notification that includes your tracking number.

You are welcome to return or exchange stock item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) to be returned should remain in a new, unused condition, in original packaging and the return request emailed to hello@urbantoolshed.com. Once the goods have been received, we’ll inspect your returned products. If they are in good condition, we’ll issue your refund. You will be liable to pay the shipping cost when returning an item(s). 

If you did not receive what you ordered or if the item(s) you received are defective, Urban Toolshed will happily exchange the product(s) or credit you for the purchase amount. The item(s) to be returned should remain in a new, unused condition, in original packaging and the return request emailed to hello@urbantoolshed.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.
